14 septiembre Weigh-in after a couple of week. I have been moving so I haven't had time to update the blog or focus on my weigh loss. Anyway I gained 1lb last week and lost .5 of that this week. After 6.25 months (Week 25) I am at 190.5 from 241.5 - total lost of 50.5 lbs. I am stuck in t he zone between 191 - 189 I hope to break out (down) from this zone next week. 31 agosto Weigh-inI lost 2.5 lbs this week and I am now at 190 lbs. At the end of week 23 (Aug. 31 - 5.75 months) 190 from 241.5 - Total loss of 51.5 lbs. 03 agosto Weigh-inI have been in a holding pattern just under 200lbs. I last week I was
at 198 and this week I am at 197 I need to refocus at getting to my
goal. I big strike to my efforts is a guy ran into me on by bicycle
the other day. My bike was a total write off but I wasn't really hurt
so I guess the bike can be replaced but not this year. I really miss
going on my bike rides. 16 julio Update - Exercise I have been exercising to extreme lately. I think it is a combination of things relieve stress, some of Paul subliminal CDs, and great weather. I have be cycling outside/inside, started the resistance training again, some walking, I tried skipping but it tweaked hamstring, and swimming in outdoor pool. I really enjoy the exercise outside. Summer is a great time to live in Canada. Update Eating Breakfast: Small portion Oatmeal, 1 ounce 1% milk.

Snack: 15 julio This and that. I haven't been updating the blog as much as I would like. I have been exercising like a mad person and being trying to follow Paul's principals. If I feel that I am drifting away from the Paul's Golden Rules sit down at the table at eat consciously. I have noticed that I was eating a bit more then I should but I am still doing well in terms of weight loss. I have lost 41lbs+ and I am still losing. I may go back to the daily updates to keep myself on track. Weigh-in I didn't put in an update this week (I am not sure why). In any event, I lost 1lb in the last week and I am down to 200.5 this week. My goal is 165 and I am trying to focus on 190 because I have been hovering around 200lbs for a few weeks. 06 julio Weigh-in It has been a few weeks since I posted my weight in. I have lost 6 lbs in the 3 weeks since my last update. I have been exercising a lot and I have adjusted to the smaller eating habits. I am just past 50% of goal for weight loss 40lb/76.5. I hope that the next 50% comes of as easily as the first 50%. 17 junio Update - Exercise I have been doing some cycling (outside) the last few days but not a lot of other intentional exercise. Yesterday I did resistance training + 60 minutes stationary bicycling Weigh-in I am still highly stressed/depressed and not following Paul's system
very closely but I have I am up 1 lbs this week. Actually I was a bit worried about the rapid weight loss the last 3 weeks so seeing that my weight stabilized this week doesn't upset me that much. I hope I can see some addition weight loss this week. I will look to follow the system more closely. 08 junio Weigh-in I am still highly stressed/depressed and not following Paul's system
very closely but I have lost another 5.5lbs this week. Perhaps his
system has done something to me more deeply then I first thought. At any rate I will take the weight loss. 06 junio Review I have been watching the TLC programs again while do my stationary bicycling. Points of note where the Craving buster (butter) and did the Supercharge your metabolism to get a boast for exercise. Update - exercise Resistance training + 40 minutes stationary bicycling, walked over to pick up daughter at school. Update - Eating Breakfast: Small portion Oatmeal, 1 ounce 1% milk. Snack: None
