    Weigh-in after a couple of week.

    I have been moving so I haven't had time to update the blog or focus on my weigh loss.  Anyway I gained 1lb last week and lost .5 of that this week.  After 6.25 months (Week 25) I am at 190.5 from 241.5 - total lost of 50.5 lbs.  I am stuck in t he zone between 191 - 189 I hope to break out (down) from this zone next week.     I lost 2.5 lbs this week and I am now at 190 lbs. At the end of week 23 (Aug. 31 - 5.75 months) 190 from 241.5 - Total loss of 51.5 lbs.

    I have been in a holding pattern just under 200lbs.  I last week I was at 198 and this week I am at 197 I need to refocus at getting to my goal.  I big strike to  my efforts is a guy ran into me on by bicycle the other day.  My bike was a total write off but I wasn't really hurt so I guess the bike can be replaced but not this year.  I really miss going on my bike rides. Sad

    I didn't put in an update this week (I am not sure why).  In any event, I lost 1lb in the last week and I am down to 200.5 this week.  My goal is 165 and I am trying to focus on 190 because I have been hovering around 200lbs for a few weeks.

    It has been a few weeks since I posted my weight in.  I have lost 6 lbs in the 3 weeks since my last update.  I have been exercising a lot and I have adjusted to the smaller eating habits.  I am just past 50% of goal for weight loss 40lb/76.5.  I hope that the next 50% comes of as easily as the first 50%.     I am still highly stressed/depressed and not following Paul's system very closely but I have I am up 1 lbs this week.  Actually I was a bit worried about the rapid weight loss the last 3 weeks so seeing that my weight stabilized this week doesn't upset me that much.  I hope I can see some addition weight loss this week.  I will look to follow the system more closely. Embarrassed

    I have fallen off the wagon in recent weeks.  I had some extreme depression and stress.

    In the previous two weeks I gain .5lb and .5lb but this week I am down 4 pounds.  So I went up to 220 but I am back down to 216.  Anyway in term of weight things seem to be going in the correct direction.  Open-mouthed 

    In total just over 2 months I have lost 25.5lb.  Open-mouthed

    I am at 219lbs this week.  I lost 1 lb this week.  A lb is lb I am not going to complain. Nerd

    I am at 220lbs this week.  I didn't lose anything from Sunday to Sunday.  This was another up and down week with lots of exercise one day but I didn't really follow up other days.   I didn't spend a lot of time with conscience thought on I have been sick the last couple of days.  Hopefully next week will be better.  :)

    I lost 3.5 lbs from Sunday to Sunday.  Things went well last week.  There was a lot bicycling outside last week with my daughter so that helped some.

    Well I been having a lot of issues in the last week and I have back sliding on a lot of  eating habits.  Two good days - two bad days.

    Anyway I am up +1 this week 223.5.

    Time for Sunday weight-in.  The scale said 222.5/31.5 body fat so the weight keep coming off but body fat % keeps rising.  I can feel that I am losing body fat so I will see if I can get new batteries for the scale.

    I am kind of reluctant to add/update this section, but I am unsure why. 

    Anyway I started on a Sunday, March 23, 2008 at 241.5/28% body fat.
                      Weigh-in on Sunday, March 30, 2008 at 232/30%     body fat. 
     
    The weight loss is good.  I am sure I didn't not go up 2% body fat in a week and I know that measurement on the scale goes up/ down based on how well hydrated you are at the time.   I am using the body fat percentage as a ball park figure at this point.
