    Update - Exercise

    I have been exercising to extreme lately.  I think it is a combination of things relieve stress, some of Paul subliminal CDs, and great weather.  I have be cycling outside/inside, started the resistance training again, some walking,  I tried skipping but it tweaked hamstring, and swimming in outdoor pool.  I really enjoy the exercise outside.  Summer is a great time to live in Canada.     Update - Exercise

    I have been doing some cycling (outside) the last few days but not a lot of other intentional exercise.  Yesterday I did  resistance training + 60 minutes stationary bicycling

    Resistance training + 40 minutes stationary bicycling, walked over to pick up daughter at school.

    Update - Exercise

    Wow a month without an update. Embarrassed  I of course have been do some exercise almost everyday if it only consisted of walking my daughter to school or hitting the bicycle paths with my daughter.

    Today was first inside exercise that have done in awhile.  Resistance training + 30 minutes stationary bicycling.

    Update - Exercise

    I was cold and rainy today Tongue out so no activity outside.

    I did 15 minutes yoga, resistance training, 1 hour stationary bicycling.

    Update - Exercise

    I have been sick lately with cold weather so I have done limited exercise this past week. 

    I did walk my daughter to/from school today.  I started my resistance training again today and did 60 minutes of stationary cycling while watching episode 2 of "I can make you thin" from tape. Open-mouthed

    I did about 45 minutes of walking and resistance training.  I need to get back on schedule.

    Update - Exercise

    I walked over to pick up my daughter at school 1 x 15 min, yoga warm up, resistance training, 60 minutes stationary bicycle.  (I guess I am trying to compensate for missing workouts over the past few days.)

    I always procrastinate working out but once I workout I feel so much better.  I wish I could get my head straightened out. Embarrassed

    Update - Exercise

     I walked my daughter too and from school 15 min x 2.

    Yoga, resistance training.  I wanted to do Pilates  or stationary bike but I never got to it but the exercises I did felt good. Open-mouthed

    Well I thought I would be good but...

    I thought I would be good so I hopped on my bicycle, instead of taking the car, to go 3K or 4K to pay a bill.  I decide to go through a parking lot which normally is OK.  When I round a corner of the parking lot a car was just about to turn in front of me.  So I decided to go around it...  lol  They froze then proceeded forward.  I had no choice but to bail.  I slide a few feet.  Ripped my coat, elbow and knee.  The bicycle is still ride-able but I don't think it will ever go in a straight line again. Crying 

    Update Exercise

    Managed to drag my butt out of bed the am (40 min after the alarm) completed resistance training, Yoga. Tongue out

    Update - Exercise

    I went for at a 2 hour bike ride with my daughter on a bike path/park.  I am exhausted now.  It nice weather. Open-mouthed

    I did get to the Yoga warm up but just never got the resistance workout.

    Update - Exercise

    I got to the point in my exercise routine I wanted to change things up somewhat.  The resistance training is/was taking far to long for my likely (I don't want to spend hours working out).
     
    The new plan is to do the light Yoga warm up day, then a split resistance training session (different body parts everyday), then either Pilates workout or 20-30 min cardio.  I want to stay with the Pilates for a few more weeks to determine if I missing something or I just don't like it.  The stationary cycling is boring so we will see how things fall into place.
     
    Today I did the Yoga and a split session resistance workout.  For cardio I did 1 1/2 hour walk with my daughter at the park  ( She cycled).
