          Lunch: 1 egg omelet slice bread

         Dinner: 2 medium tacos without shells (Taco meat, mozzarella, cheese, onion, salsa sauce, lettuce)

    Breakfast: Egg omelet , slice toast w/butter
          Snack: Chocolate stick Tongue out
          Lunch: Tiny plate spaghetti
          Snack: None
         Dinner: Hamburger.  Frozen 4 ounce burger with normal size bun. (I was stuffed when finished.)

    I have been sick so I have been up and down a bit with my eating.  I am still maintaining small portions but I still been binging a bit when under extreme pressure.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal milk, brown sugar
          Snack: None
          Lunch: Small portion spaghetti
          Snack: None
         Dinner:  Small portion of pork/potato/vegetable soup
          Snack: Small portion of pork/potato/vegetable soup, 1/2 slice of toast w/butter

    Breakfast: 1/2 egg omelet , 1/2 slice bread,
          Snack: 1/2 egg omelet , 1/2 slice bread
          Lunch: Small portion of chili
          Snack: None
         Dinner: 1/2 1arge taco (Taco meat, 1 tortilla shell, mozzarella cheese, onion,  1 tomato slice , salsa sauce, lettuce)

    Well I have the eating under control today so far.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal, brown sugar, 1% milk
          Snack: 
          Lunch: Bowl of chili, bread with butter
          Snack: None
         Dinner: 1 slice of  pizza
          Snack: 1 slice of  pizza

    Breakfast: 1/2 portion Oatmeal, brown sugar, 1% milk
          Snack: 1/2 portion Oatmeal, brown sugar, 1% milk
          Lunch: 1/2 sliced chicken sandwich, mustard, mayonnaise
          Snack: None
         Dinner: Small portion of chili
          Snack: Apple sauce sweetened with artificial sweetener.

         Dinner: Small portion of chili
          Snack:  Small portion of chili, tangerine (very late)

    Breakfast: 1/2 egg omelet , 1/2 slice bread, tomato slice.
          Snack: 1/2 egg omelet , 1/2 slice bread, tomato slice.
          Lunch: 1/2 Tomato sandwich, with butter and mayonnaise
          Snack: None
         Dinner: 1 Taco (Taco meat, 1 tortilla shell, mozzarella cheese, onion, yellow beans Embarrassed, salsa sauce, lettuce)
          Snack:  1/2 Tomato sandwich, with butter and mayonnaise



    April 05

    Update Eating

    I decided to split the eating and exercise entries.  I wanted to add more notes on the exercise at this point.
    Eating seems to be going pretty well and seems to be fairly uniform day to day.
     
    I will add more details to the eating entries Thinking but at this point I just want to record for myself what I had been eating. Smile
     
    Breakfast: 1/2 serving of Oatmeal (2 ounces milk, .25 ounce of cheese).
          Snack: 1/2 serving of Oatmeal (2 ounces milk, .25 ounce of cheese).
          Lunch:  1/2 Tomato sandwich, 1/2 ounce of cheese
          Snack: 1/2 Tomato sandwich, 1/2 ounce of cheese, Yogurt Tube
         Dinner: Pork, potato, green/yellow beans.
          Snack: Popcorn, sunflower seeds.
