Snack: 1/2 Tomato sandwich, with butter and mayonnaise April 05 Update EatingI decided to split the eating and exercise entries. I wanted to add more notes on the exercise at this point.
Eating seems to be going pretty well and seems to be fairly uniform day to day.
I will add more details to the eating entries
Breakfast: 1/2 serving of Oatmeal (2 ounces milk, .25 ounce of cheese).
Snack: 1/2 serving of Oatmeal (2 ounces milk, .25 ounce of cheese).
Lunch: 1/2 Tomato sandwich, 1/2 ounce of cheese
Snack: 1/2 Tomato sandwich, 1/2 ounce of cheese, Yogurt Tube
Dinner: Pork, potato, green/yellow beans.
Snack: Popcorn, sunflower seeds. |
