    Update - Exercise

    I have been exercising to extreme lately.  I think it is a combination of things relieve stress, some of Paul subliminal CDs, and great weather.  I have be cycling outside/inside, started the resistance training again, some walking,  I tried skipping but it tweaked hamstring, and swimming in outdoor pool.  I really enjoy the exercise outside.  Summer is a great time to live in Canada. Open-mouthed

    Update Eating

    Breakfast: Small portion Oatmeal, 1 ounce 1% milk.

          Snack: None
          Lunch: 1 egg veg. omelette, 1 slice of toast

    This and that.

    I haven't been updating the blog as much as I would like.  I have been exercising like a mad person and being trying to follow Paul's principals.  If I feel that I am drifting away from the Paul's Golden Rules sit down at the table at eat consciously.  I have noticed that I was eating a bit more then I should but I am still doing well in terms of weight loss.  I have lost 41lbs+ and I am still losing.

    I may go back to the daily updates to keep myself on track.


    Weigh-in

    I didn't put in an update this week (I am not sure why).  In any event, I lost 1lb in the last week and I am down to 200.5 this week.  My goal is 165 and I am trying to focus on 190 because I have been hovering around 200lbs for a few weeks.

    Weigh-in

    It has been a few weeks since I posted my weight in.  I have lost 6 lbs in the 3 weeks since my last update.  I have been exercising a lot and I have adjusted to the smaller eating habits.  I am just past 50% of goal for weight loss 40lb/76.5.  I hope that the next 50% comes of as easily as the first 50%.
