Update - Exercise

I have been doing some cycling (outside) the last few days but not a lot of other intentional exercise.  Yesterday I did  resistance training + 60 minutes stationary bicycling

Weigh-in

I am still highly stressed/depressed and not following Paul's system very closely but I have I am up 1 lbs this week.  Actually I was a bit worried about the rapid weight loss the last 3 weeks so seeing that my weight stabilized this week doesn't upset me that much.  I hope I can see some addition weight loss this week.  I will look to follow the system more closely. Embarrassed

Weigh-in

Review

I have been watching the TLC programs again while do my stationary bicycling.  Points of note where the Craving buster (butter) and did the Supercharge your metabolism to get a boast for exercise. Open-mouthed

Update - exercise

Resistance training + 40 minutes stationary bicycling, walked over to pick up daughter at school.

Update - Eating

Breakfast: Small portion Oatmeal, 1 ounce 1% milk.

      Snack: None
      Lunch: Egg salad sandwich.
      Snack: None
     Dinner:

Resistance training + 35 minutes stationary bicycling, walked over to pick up daughter at school.

Breakfast: Small portion Oatmeal, 1 ounce 1% milk.
      Snack: None
      Lunch: 1 egg omelet slice bread
      Snack: 10 Ritz crackers.
     Dinner:  1/2  hamburger patty, pasta sauce, rice

This maybe my last entry for sometime.

My life has gotten quite complicated over the past several months/years.  I will be moving at the end of June and I am not sure I will have internet access in the coming days/weeks to update my blog. 

I find I am losing weight continually.  I am not sitting down and eating consciously as much as I would like.  I think I have retrained my system to eat smaller portions subconsciously and I have been getting regular exercise in its many forms. 

I hope be able to update this blog in the future but it is hard to say when.  For people that have read my blog I appreciate the time you took to stop by.  I will be update this blog later in June or in early July.

Best of luck with you weight loss goals and your new lifestyle. Open-mouthed

      Lunch: 1 egg omelet slice bread
      Snack: None
     Dinner: 2 medium tacos without shells (Taco meat, mozzarella, cheese, onion, salsa sauce, lettuce)
      Snack:  None

Update - Exercise

Wow a month without an update. Embarrassed  I of course have been do some exercise almost everyday if it only consisted of walking my daughter to school or hitting the bicycle paths with my daughter.

Today was first inside exercise that have done in awhile.  Resistance training + 30 minutes stationary bicycling.
