Weigh-in

I have fallen off the wagon in recent weeks.  I had some extreme depression and stress.

In the previous two weeks I gain .5lb and .5lb but this week I am down 4 pounds.  So I went up to 220 but I am back down to 216.  Anyway in term of weight things seem to be going in the correct direction.  Open-mouthed 

In total just over 2 months I have lost 25.5lb.  Open-mouthed

Weigh-in

I am at 219lbs this week.  I lost 1 lb this week.  A lb is lb I am not going to complain. Nerd

Update - Exercise

Nicer day today. I cycled for 30 minutes with my daughter. Open-mouthed

Update - Exercise

I was cold and rainy today Tongue out so no activity outside.

I did 15 minutes yoga, resistance training, 1 hour stationary bicycling.

Update - Eating

 
Breakfast: Egg omelet , slice toast w/butter
      Snack: Chocolate stick Tongue out
      Lunch: Tiny plate spaghetti
      Snack: None
     Dinner: Hamburger.  Frozen 4 ounce burger with normal size bun. (I was stuffed when finished.)

Update - Exercise

I have been sick lately with cold weather so I have done limited exercise this past week. 

I did walk my daughter to/from school today.  I started my resistance training again today and did 60 minutes of stationary cycling while watching episode 2 of "I can make you thin" from tape. Open-mouthed

Update - Eating

I have been sick so I have been up and down a bit with my eating.  I am still maintaining small portions but I still been binging a bit when under extreme pressure.

Breakfast: Oatmeal milk, brown sugar
      Snack: None
      Lunch: Small portion spaghetti
      Snack: None
     Dinner:  Small portion of pork/potato/vegetable soup
      Snack: Small portion of pork/potato/vegetable soup, 1/2 slice of toast w/butter
